Muller Thurgau is a cold weather white grape variety created by crossing Riesling and Silvaner. While it is the second most planted grape variety in Germany, it is not common in the US. Oregon's cooler climate creates this beautiful wine that teases of sweetness but remains dry and light bodied with lots of white fleshy fruit flavors

The Dornfelder grape is a crossing of many lesser known German grape varieties. It has a distinctive dark color and dense, velvety texture despite its lighter body. Rose petal and spice aromas jump out of the glass. Cherry, boysenberry and blueberry flavors are framed by acidity to create a beautiful wine for food or on its own.

This blend of 60% Bonarda and 40% Malbec has a dark, inky purple color. Raspberry and blueberry aromas mix with enticing notes of smoked meats. The wine is full-bodied and dry with mouth coating tannins and dark fruit flavors. It continues to develop after opened and should cellar well for 3 - 5 years.

While Hawkes Bay is known for Cabernet and Merlot, the higher elevation where these grapes are grown is ideal for Pinot Noir. This wine is pale red and offers great complexity with cherry cola aromas. Black cherry and strawberry flavors give way to a Burgundian earthiness on the finish.

This is a great example of restraint and finesse in an Australian Shiraz.
