Blind Tasting Series

Picture of Wine

We are excited to introduce a new series of Blind Tastings designed to help you evaluate wine and hone your tasting abilities. Tasting wines “Blind” (without knowing anything about the wine before you taste it) allows you to rely only on your senses, to dive into the wine, pick it apart and ultimately guess what your tasting.

This monthly series covers strategies for tasting and evaluating wine in an open discussion based atmosphere. Three flights of wine are tasted blind. The first two flights are used to illustrate new attributes and qualities based on that night’s theme. The third flight is totally open, offering you the chance to use the tools you have just learned to guess each wine's grape variety and region of origin.
